Total War: Warhammer picked a dead setting, though, so GW was not wanting to push new minis through it.

Technically Total Warhammer 3 kinda-sorta advertizes the Kislev and Cathay factions for The Old World, except new releases for this come out incredibly slow (Cathay has just been announced recently, and Kislev is still nowhere to be seen).

There were 2 games before TWW3, though. TWW2 really got the ball rolling on making the series famous.

I dunno, have you considered just not doing this? not sure why you would need to have multiple saves on hand at various difficulties and be loading in and out of them. unless there's something I'm missing here?

yep, If I took Idira I'd probably ball out of control, cyber raven doing party-wide buffs for 0AP is REALLY silly/strong. Doing an iconoclast run and I'm running heinrix/pasqal/cassia/kibellah/yrliet even if its not the best comp. Next playthrough plan is heretical so I'll have idira for sure :D

Unfortunately I have had times when a PC equipped with the Commanders Chrono go 2nd to Cassis (off/gs) in combat. It would be nice if it was one way or another all of the time.
Note: I do use ToyBox which has been reported to bring out bungs in DLC 2 but this issue was occurring over multiple games before DLC 2.

It is very simple.

If a game sells well it's not woke: and any "woke" attributes it does have is excused away.

If a game bombs it's purely because of it being woke with no examination of the game's actual quality.

Just get ready to see a load of excuses for the "go woke go broke" crowd once this game isn't the failure they're manifesting it to be.

It isn't a excuse but an explanation. General population are alienated to political thought unless it's exceptionally blatant and disruptive. If not, any expensive marketing campaign wins them over.

Hence any irrelevant industry that pushes the propaganda nonsense in a way that is tucked away or walled beyond 70% of the consumer base's product usage while also investing heavily on advertising and marketing will get away with it.

Case in point with this one here is that condition to a teeth. The core woke pushing elements of this game are 1 optional nonsensical romance, while the rest's tucked away behind the game's narrative and story that only reveals by late to very late game, point of which on average only 30% or less of the player base will ever reach.

Reverse that to tutorial phase, and the game would flop epicly, because that would be too disruptive for the casual majority.

It still doesn't make the idea of "woke broke" totally wrong, but ultimately to that is a variably indifferent/ irrelevant take, there's a need to stop it because it is slowly zombifying a portion of the population turning them into "useful idiots" to be manipulated by political thugs and crooks, and that's never a good thing.

ya i do wish this was the case. running over everything halted my play through starting at the marshes; it was not fun.
