As far as i'm aware nobody has denied there are babies on both sides. Dcing at the wind is just alot more common in survivors.

That said killers are starting to lean more into following the survivor example. I don't fully disagree with it ( karma and all ) but I would also never agree with dcing just because you can.

I see it all but honestly it is sad, like if you are going to DC why even play the game,

Same question could be pointed at survivors. It got so bad they had to increase dc punishment + add go-next protection to combat all the survivor-sided dc and suicides.

That said, I am not trying to deflect or say that 1 side dcing is worse than the other side. I think it is bs on both sides. I know that when there was no dc penalty and there was survivors dcing left and right I did personally join in. If I got swamp map I did dc. I hate that map and would rather just go next. Does that make it right? No. Generally speaking if I am on killer and I know the match is over ( unless I play mean ) then it is a coin flip. I will either adapt to the match and play more mean or I will say I don't really feel like it and just let the survivors finish the gens so both sides can go next. This generally comes from me messing up the start of the game / not applying enough pressure / dropping the ball in general and letting survivors away with to much. No reason not to let them finish the match they won.

On survivor side I honestly hate doing gens and much prefer to play with killer. The fact that there are 4 on the survivor side is also the only reason I never dced during no penalties even on swamp. It would not be fair on the other survivors to make them play 3v1. If killer wants to tunnel or proxy or anything like that then it is just part of the game. Some can adapt and deal with it, others cannot. Personally I love when the killer tunnels me. It means I get to spend the entire match playing with the killer instead of playing gen simulator. If I play bad and die fast? I get to find a new killer to play with. If I play well or killer plays bad? I get to spend the entire match playing with killer.

I do think the dc penalties should be harsher however. Currently you can dc 20% of games with no punishment. I understand wanting to have some space for if you get a cheater or crash or real life circumstances come up ( all reasons I can agree with dcing for ) but honestly if that took up 20% of my games then I would just find another game. Either it is to broken, to full of cheaters or I am simply to busy / to much coming up irl to commit to a match so not fair on others and better to do something else in my free time.

This is a new one. Why can't Mesa Prime compete with regular Mesa?

Arcane Velocity has been bugged for ages and allegedly gives double the fire rate on regular Mesa's Peacemakers.

PVP players are cutting their own throats. If they would allow PVE/PVP players to get on equal footing and feel that they could replace anything they lost to the PVP players then they would fight in the PVP area.

But since PVP players want to hoard the resources in the PVE zone the PVE/PVP players will never get on equal footing and will never enter PVP since they know they cant win and risk losing everything. PVP player are as dumb as NPCs.

It possibly might not be doing "actual" Plasma damage since it doesn't activate the hit-effect for Plasma (purple burning). I've heard conflicting information on whether it only applies its full damage to Hardlight Shields or if plasma damage behaves like all other damage types.

Generally the Saber's pretty good but Defense Robots DO seem to be immune to it, something I learned the hard way after trading my Laser Sword for the Saber lol.

it seems we learnt the exact same thing in the exact same way lmao, least throwing seems to work. I'm loving the saber and its pretty fine at killing things even without the plasma damage, the parrying is just too cool for me to swap out.

Can I find out if there are any DLCs installed on TBOI and what OS is worth?

Havent had that many problems as a solo player on wolf scout now. Today's seed blows but I've completed the last couple with proper path finding and planning. Of course it always sucks if you lack tools and launchers or energy drinks and the like.

The available paths are no longer nearly as clearly identifiable as they were. You can't just look at the wall and know where to go. At some point you just run out of options and have to go with what you have as the fog pushes you to stay on your path and the height doesn't allow you to get down safely. Failing after struggling on one path for thirty minutes on the first map is just extremely demoralising, especially when it doesn't seem like there are *any* other options.

For some reason the tropical map is now either as bad or more doable than the first map.

And having to ditch equipment to reduce weight is just not an option since you do need that equip in the ice map for sure.

Some map seeds do have tough Shores, but they're not frequent I don't think. Only had one day where I was genuinely having to use lots of resources on Shore, which was a week ago. If you're having trouble on a given day's seed on Ascent 4, try a lower difficulty (assuming you're playing for fun), or force a different seed with a mod.

Everything is clumsy to click on, but I agree, the cell door is the worst offender. Dirt pile, toilet, and carpet are right behind.
