no in TQI the gear is rare when it has a rare prefix or suffix like Veterans not when theres a certain amount of affixes.

lol game testing literally start the moment working version of the game is done, and it last almost till release date, sometime even for months maybe even year, not few days.
This Early Access thing is just one more way the publishers are using their fanbase to do the job for what they used to pay money before, now they earn money for same thing.

Saying that the devs have no reputation for adding remote play, while remote play was very much implemented for the first HC is wild

Im also having this problem. My game was working fine a few hours ago, but then I tried playing and its not logging in.
I thought it was because of server maintenance due to the new everdark boss, but my friend in the same region as me was able to login fine.
Is there any fix?

You just need to "move" on game levels (not in menu). But these achievements are bugged, I've create thread in discussions.
