at least, i play almost all of the time sniper and doing so many body shot kills. but i take it.

You do know the neck may not be part of the feedback for the head?
Do you even know that the neck does or does not have the same multiplier as the head?

idk if this has been reported before but basically every land-tranfer focus is broken (I.E. hungary demanding vojvodina only grants a single state if accepted)

I have literally just tested the download after reading your last comment. I clicked the Steam download link and downloaded the file. I highlighted the file in explorer and clicked the Extract all option and it opened perfectly and all the extracted files were correct.

I can only think that you may have a corrupted download so delete it and download again. Or, maybe you don't have 7zip on your machine? Have you checked that?

I'm pretty sure the devs are just really bad at math.

New-ish player here. If you've been playing for awhile you'll notice that there are changes but they make things more tedious.

Grinding light levels is worst than before. I jumped back into Destiny 2 a couple of months before the Edge of Fate and gaining levels was not this tough. I did like things up to 200, but you really start to feels the "artificial grind": around 300 especially if you're not running content "optimally".

The story is actually interesting but Keplar is very claustrophobic. The Matterspark ability is interesting but since its a center piece of this expansion it's used ALOT. In fact, maybe a little bit too much. There are times you want to move the narrative with your arsenal but Bungie instead has the player using the Matterspark for everything.

The Portal is something that I like as a new player because it's just easy to get into content. But apparently the Portal activities are what Bungie wants you to play, and if I am understanding correctly there are people who would rather progress through other content. And some of that "other content" is not available or have been changed.

The best part of the new Armor system is that there's gear sets and the stats are easy to understand. And there are gear categories randomly applied to the loot drop to fit specific play styles. Example, Brawler gear for melee builds and Paragon gear for those wanting to spec into Super. But most of the gear in the game hasn't been updated to support this change. Only the new stuff and Exotic pieces drop with random gear types. And there's tier geared too which affects weapons; but yet again only the new weapons are affected by the tier system.

For new players there's a lot to do, but if you're familiar with Destiny 2 the changes are growing pains for the game.

From a design standpoint Umamusume is more interesting.

A real horse can't inexplicably pull out revolvers and go pow pow Rambo John Wayne after winning a race.

Where those by any Chance Sale Cards? Because they have a limited time where they exist.

This can help slow down or even stop the projectile and its fragments (spalling). The effectiveness of a fuel tank in stopping or mitigating a shell depends on its location within the tank and the type of ammunition used. Fuel tanks near the armor can be more effective at stopping spalling than those further away.
