By experiences, it will never be removed if the company is not hit hard in the wallet for having such crap on their games. Or if someone smart take over the control of the publishing.

Some companies have seen the light and making more sales after removal, but others keep with their head in the Sand. Frontier come to mind in that aspect with their dino games still having Denuvo many years after launch.

## Build instruction (no loss)

1. Building while carrying capacity not reached:

While chopping wood, if player instructs them to build, the wood they pile up can also be seen carried by them on the way to the place they are building, i.e. they take what they gathered to the point they are asked to go. Once building is done if they are instructed by the player again to the wood, then they will start chopping if they have not reached their carrying capacity as usual.

2. Building while carrying capacity is reached:

i. If they reached carrying capacity then they will stand idle without chopping wood, carrying all the wood which can be seen. And only if the player selects them and instructs them to release the wood at a drop off point (a lumber camp, Town centre, or other resource drop off point where wood can be gathered like Japanese first landmark), only then they can be ready to chop more wood. Player can instruct them to build any number of buildings and any types. If the player instruct them to release at a drop off point after building, then no wood be lost. And the villagers will stand idle but this time they will be seen without carrying wood planks.

3. Building while they got killed (loss):
If they get killed before drop off, no wood gathered by them would be added.


## Gather instruction for other resources without drop off ( with loss)

1. After building without drop off, if they are instructed to gather other resources such as food, they will throw away their wood and start gathering food. So, be careful, don't forget to drop off at a drop off point before employing them to gather other resources.

BOTTOM LINE: They follow same physics as us. If our carrying capacity reached we cannot carry anymore. If we have been asked to do something else we cannot continue the current task and add the result if we have not given a chance.

yeah.. you just got retrain your eyes and get used to it honestly. Deathstranding 2 on base ps5 never felt unsmooth in performance mode other then the very few frame dips. 60fps is only jarring for maybe 20 minutes and then it's not an issue.

Still really struggling with carnivores. Think the issues of them getting territorial and cornering other speices are big culprits as mentioned above.
