As the title says, I can't get the game to update, and it is stuck on 3.3f15

Actually you should be more concerned about the parts of the game where your build doesn't matter like Johnny Flashbacks, that one side-quest in Dtown where you play as Kurt Hansen, The final mission of Phantom Liberty if you betray Songbird during "Firestarter"

But, for the actual build itself, my only reccomendation is to try to incorporate Reflex Tuner into your build, since there will certainly be a time where your health drops below 25% and having that extra time to react can save your run. Also make sure to build more towards armor and not mitigation chance, armor just works better from my experience.

Was gonna say this but in a much more palatable version. Even PoE does this, every standard ARPG does this.
