The Anti-Cheat pops up, stays for 5 seconds and then just closes. Am i the only one who's heving issues?

every single time i play this game it has to compile everything i do. if i for example do an Electric or Heat burst it always lags the first time but then its completly fine the other time. i have seen people saying it happens after new patches but for me it happens everytime i open the game. there is a preshadercache file in the "saved" folder but when i checked the properties of the file it said it was last modified april 17 which is long ago. so i guess the game doesnt compile any shaders?

So I am doing this Expedition (War of the quest), and I killed a lot of enemies until I meet this Enraged Soul. He is so tough and I died. Before I died, I quick save my game so I dont need to do the fight from the beginning. But after loading the save file, I noticed that the Enraged Soul cannot be found anywhere :(
He just disappeared after I load the game :(

Now Idk how to continue the quest because I cannot find him anywhere.

Do you guys know how to fix this quest and where is the Enrage Soul hiding?

i managed to gather them 4 times in 35 days in my second save(i dont sleep the 8 hours)
