I love Paladin. Love breaking that Oath not because I cannot uphold it but because I embrace the path of the Sith, "My cushions are broken. The Force shall set me free!" I don't like the dogma a paladin can get trapped in that because a paradox of their Oaths. Much like a doctor's hypocratic oath but worse because a paladin can be forced to let horrible things happen based on their oath.

The Oathbreaker Knight is a prime example of this. His King became a tyranny and to uphold his oath of the crown he would need to keep surviving said king but chose otherwise and slayed him, becoming the first Oathbreaker.

I miss back when not everybody had a strong political opinion they were passionate about. Much nicer times.

For all the effort you put into complaining and victim-hood, you could of written your own mod already.

Put all that energy of your angst and entitlement into mod making, and make something you know others will appreciate.

He is a paying customer, if he can't code his game it does not mean he has no right to complain about the product that he has purchased. Besides, a mod that allows you to host Darktide locally already exists, problem is that you cannot make it so the progress is shared, so by playing locally you get no dockets, no loot, no penance progress, no character experience, etc. Servers are a bit more complicated than you imagine.

If a mod already exists that lets someone do that, then the "complaining" is useless

I pre-loaded it on my laptop and on my steamdeck (although I don't expect it to run great or maybe at all on there) but I'll be on a flight out of the USA at the hour that it launches, I wonder if I'll be able to play it on the plane. We shall see.
