No, it doesn't.
Companies like Sweet Baby Inc don't "force" anything on anyone. There is no "fear-mongering". They are hired, intentionally, to provide a service, and they provide the service they are paid for. There is no pressure, no strong-arming, no threats for non-compliance. They are one of many tools a studio will make use of to create the game they want to create.

I never feel so scam like in this game

I loaded the Europe 1939 + scenario. You will find 1st Fallschirmjager on hex 174,168 next to Berlin. So there is a para on the map in Europe 1939.
No, disbanding did not work. The game finally locked up on an AI turn because, I assume, the AI is trying to move into a hex with a disappearing para that I disbanded. Even disbanding, still leaves some sort of ghost. I'll have to start all over to see if it was my save before a fix?
