You kind of dug yourself into a hole here, but when you contacted them, did you stay civil and look for solutions to solve the issue? Like ask for the account to be rolled back or to ask for a way to recover the account?

I know majority of the people who come here after their ban usually always end up being angry and riding a high horse while talking down to DE and thinking they can get their account back by being demanding. Always demanding for a “reason” or “proof” for their offences rather than the solution.

Most of the time, ban appeals are lifted after you show them you understand the issue, show remorse and stay patient with them. I don’t know about admitting to giving your account to another person and having them buy premium currency, but I’m still curious.

I imagine it’s extremely strict since there are so many attempted RMT and bot accounts, or VPN accounts trying to buy platinum from different areas for less money and exploitation. Sorry for the ban.

Of course I was polite, I wanted to figure out the problem because I didn't know the reason for the ban or that it was permanent. At first I even thought that maybe my account was just stolen, because the ban was much later than the time when I played and we will quickly figure everything out now, that's why I answered all the questions honestly, including the one where I honestly said that I was not the only one playing from my account. I didn't come to the game to cheat or break the rules, especially after so many years of playing and I didn't expect that this was the only time in my entire life where I would be permanently banned. I had never been banned anywhere before, lol, never. And I had never contacted the support service before.
