Before you say check the other articles I have read literally EVERYTHING about this.

For one I don't use McAfee so that's not the issue

I also have disabled real time virus protection on windows defender so that's no the issue

I have also ended a lot of background process and tried running it still no solution.

I also tried changing your download region a few times, still nothing

I've of course tried reinstalling the game numerous times and have reinstalled steam as well with no luck.

I get this issue with Civ V

I'm out of ideas for solving the issue

The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request. Error Code (53) is the error i get for trying to install Bioshock Infinite game. I don't have AVG or McAfee but i do have malwarebytes and

I restarted steam after update
Get the steam install window which gets to 100% then I get error message:
Steam servers are too busy error 53 and the game does not start

I tried the following
:
Verified game files
removed dirt.exe and dirt.exe temp
verified files, it downloaded the files ok

but still get error 53

specs:
i7, gtx970, 8mb, win7 64bit home ed. srvc pck 1

i want to note that i dont have Mcafee so the real-time scanning thing i cant turn off. any other way?

Sort of sad when the first time you load this, you get this frustrating issue. I've disabled Mcafee and the pacific game runs fine. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

Everything something different is added to this game by the developers, my game fails to start and I have to spend time closing all my security and trying again, it is getting very annoying.

unsurprisingly poor service by this sham of a company. Does anyone know how I can overcome this error that is turning up when I am trying to play CIV 5? No point contact them directly.
