HK and Nine sols are pretty different in design, gameplay, narrative and vibes. They have in common just the genre. They are surely both one of the best metroidvania ever imo (idk how Nine sols didn't win any award), so it's just a matter of taste

Ok, but I still think Nine Sols is better than HK. I don't know why you're telling me this when that guy compared Blasphemous and Ender with HK.

I really tried to like this game I wanted to know the reason behind the extremely positive reviews and why it won game of the year.
But the game is boring and outdated.
I'm not a fan of turned-based games but I can play it if the gameplay is really good which is not the case.

I think Clair Obscur Expedition 33 ruined this game for me forever.
E33 is better than BG3 in every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aspect.

P.S. I have the game via Family share and played it for 1h.

Err, I don't think Clair Obscur is any better, in fact I find it just as bad as BG3 with it's a blatant QTE fest but you know.

Microsoft Windows is the biggest hinderance to video game lovers everywhere. Their spyware, incessant web calls to every analytics firm in the world on an almost second by second basis, lack of understanding about how a secure OS works, and lack of any quality control makes games on Windows slower and a pain. Even with the overhead of Proton games run faster under Linux. I wonder when the masses understand that and desire more?
