Yes, high chaos makes it slightly more logical, there are new dialogues too, although some of them are quite unfitting. The real culprit is Samuel and his ways of thinking, especially on low chaos. They are just beyond me: poisoning the only trustworthy man in the whole group because others were "watching" him? Were they watching him during our missions too? On the way home as well? Why not just tell Corvo about the poison? This is genuinely the biggest issue with the whole story.

Most likely the whole poisoning thing was made in order for the Corvo to meet Daud with all that extra drama and such. I would even say that right after the Lord Regent's assassination the game becomes kind of raw in terms of everything, which is a common trope amongst Arkane games. Apart from that, there are other plot holes and cliche issues, some of which are passable. Then again, it's Arkane, they never do good stories, apart from Prey.

Me? Never stopped. Most of the "doomer" poe community? They also never stopped, they just keep 3 tabs open on every forum so they can whine about the game being dead on every post.

The game is early access. Just like its predecessor when it was in EA, it has not even half the content it's intended to have.

Only real reason I stopped is because 0.2 brought back so many nerfs you had to heavily rely on some variation of lightning spear. Every other viable build took way too long to build up in comparison. Time investment wise, either you go lightning spear, or just grind painfully.

Not a lot of QoL changes either. Tired of going to another tab for trades, and the notion that crafting items are currency. Hoping 0.3 brings positive changes. Otherwise, I'll wait for 0.4.
