Holy crap. That is a really unlucky run. I must admit, it took me 14 tries. I got lucky I think, going by what I've seen some people talk about. It really depends on A/ economy B/ jokers C/ RNG of the cards drawn D/ RNG of the shop and E/ whether you play the best hands you can or not. I find with the more complicated decks, the simpler you keep the hands the better, especially in higher stakes. It's always important to A/ make sure you upgrade your cards with enhancements and B/ thin or add to the deck based on your jokers. When you get white stake on the black deck it opens up what I consider to be my 3rd favourite deck of the entire collection (Ghost is my favourite followed by Magic). Checkered deck is amazing. I've got to gold stake on it already. I still love my 2 pair and pair strategies but flushes are so easy in checkered, if you get 4 fingers, even easier.

One thing I would say about black is, make use of Mr Bones and Luchador if you have to. Also, skipping blinds for negative jokers can be a massive boon.

Your expectations are in the wrong place if your are expecting every skill to be spamable, as this was never a thing in the OG TQ, nor is it a thing in GD but with specific skills. There are skills in TQ1 that have very long skill cooldowns and and that is how the game is designed.

Stop trying to turn every aRPG into a mindless blaster where you spam one skill and clear the screen as TQ has never been like that.

I'm all for feedback to the devs but Its so annoying hearing feedback that is coming from people who never really understood TQ in the first place and essentially wants to strip TQs unique systems/mechanics, so it can be like every other aRPG on the market.

Mate we literally had a left click skill that we could spam the ♥♥♥♥ out of in the original TQ. Every class had one. Here I need to make ''basic attacks'' because I fire a lighting skill (2nd one, forgot its name) twice and run out of energy.

No the left click skills as nothing more then a modified basic attack, which you can also do in this game with the modifier system. Don't sit here and try act like TQ1 had tons of spammable skills because it did not and the only ones it did have were basic skill replacers.

I don't know if I can't believe the theory about Dess being the Knight anymore. If anything, I think we're being mislead, especially considering all the theories about specific people being aware of the soul as the player/angel/whatever. Dess is constantly framed as the girl who is missed and to be found. However, if the working theory is she works together with Kris as the Knight, to what extend is she "missing" or "gone"? She also would clearly act as a malicious entity. Why?

The Knight also summons a Titan at the end of Chapter 4. No Lightner or ordinary Darkner would have a reason to do that. However, Kris and the Knight working together also hints that everything that happened so far is preplanned. There is no way Kris just went along with the plan to summon Titans and end the world. The fun gang defeating them was pretty much expected. For what? The only person showing some cooperation with Kris is Carol, but then you would have to wonder how Carol managed to get to the Church before Kris and Susie to meet them there as the knight. Even Rudy would be a more likely candidate to accomplish that. But even then, why take the risk to accidentally cause the Roaring?

The Holidays and Dremurrs are not the only entities with horns. The "thinner" variants of the Titans also strike a big resemblance to him. However, if the Knight really is just a precursor of the Titans that wants to cause the Roaring, he would had more than enough opportunity to do so by himself.

So yeah, I go with something new and unexpected so far, intending to meddle with our expectations.

Brad's influence can be seen the clearest I'd say in the large scale of the world, the unforgiving weather and darkness, the extensive High mob density caves and dungeons, and of course in the difficulty level of the combat. I don't doubt I've forgotten something.

When considering Vanguard unforced to conclude that Brad's influence did not contribute to the high ttk, although of course no one knows what goes on in the designer's room nor what concessions were made to what children call modernity.

Have done it by Default at 144 and 60. It's the graphic settings... I don't wanna Play ob Low cuz WC can't optimize the Game. Stoped playing it

it's a game that doesn't follow laws and breaks with TOS and needs to be removed off steam for allowing nazi UGC.

why do you think screaming with your choir "it's a game" is going to change the "nazi propaganda" part that you are trying to cover up with this glossing over it?

i beat the game 10 years ago, just didn't re-install for achievement.
