Because SH:C is not a competitive game, it was never intended as such, and what is the point of manually removing cheaters, if they will come back without anti-cheat, but for creating one (even setting up an already existent one, is constant and hard work), must be spent resources, and resources can be taken only at the expense of additional content. So, if we can have a gimmick with a timer or some amount of new (and better fixed) AIs, maps, trails, just content in total - there no reasons to spend time on endless war with cheaters in this particular game.

i just solved this. In chapter 4 where you can choose to watch fireworks together with Noah theres a choice to choose which quality you like the most in a girl.. choose petite and alluring for 1+ with karin and then do Karins puzzle at the end of chapter 4 and you got it

unfortunately did not work for me. I was able to get to 73 without the chapter end bonus in chapter 3 hoping it would transfer to chapter 4, but once I chose the "petite and alluring" it would show I only had 71 with her.

The cheating in this game has skyrocketed.. What else can we do to report ?

I see your point guys, but please consider this for a moment:

The implemented event is closing the relation with one of the story character. The decision has a consequence and not this is the only one which you have to make in the game. The closing was a well desired and requested outcome ( at least the beating ) of many people. While it has a small effect, still it is changing some dialogues and the further behavior of the Stalker. So please try to watch it not as an individual event, but something which has to fit in the whole story line.
