No matter how I try to open the game, it just doesn't open. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and verified that the files installed correctly. I still cannot get the game to actually open and run the game. Is anyone else having this issue? And how do i fix this?

47% positive. Just over 128k positive to nearly 145k negative. It's true that the minority is satisfied.

Why do I need a third-party site when the game's Steam page has 50% positive reviews, so the minority is unhappy, according to your logic. The glass is half empty

SteamDB shows all the reviews in it's score.

If you notice on the Steam page it says "50% of the 166,078 user reviews are positive for this game" but then when you scroll down to the actual reviews and mouse over "Review Type" you see that the total review count is actually 272,850 with nearly 145k being negative and about 128k positive.

It is in fact true that most reviews are negative and the majority of people are dissatisfied with Wilds.
I'm glad to have provided you this information and cleared up your misunderstanding.
