V-sync setting doesn't seem to work.

I tried it in 'Fullscreen', 'Windowed-Fullscreen', and 'Windowed'.
Desktop resolution is 2560x1080 75hz.

Setting all the in-game frame rate caps to 'Unlimited' didn't change anything.

Maybe, the Steam overlay is reporting my fps wrong, but I doubt it.

Low fps after update(s) fix

Zp_Fle.cfg 님이 먼저 게시:
Blame old shader compilation file.

1) go to C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Discovery\Saved

Also make sure that windows showing hiden items.

2) delete file .ushaderprecache. It's about 550 + mb

3) Launch The Finals and let it compile shaders again. Size of old and new file can change.

I had dropped to 20 fps for no reason and it never gets better. What you said solved my problem. Thank you.
