Yeah my game was running just fine yesterday now it just stuck on "launching" thoure steam and i hadnt actually played it in a while myself

I figured it out after a bunch of tinkering. Run the game as administrator and Windows 8 in Compatibility Mode. Disable Fullscreen Optimization. That made the game finally run for me.

All people above me got invites if someones wondering :)

I disconnect at the end of the mission and I can't rejoin the mission? Why have they not fixed this glaring oversight?

This looks like another glorified title from platinum. So if you're not particularly fond of metal gear REEEEEE vengeance then you probably won't like this. The moment I saw the gamescom gameplay I lost interest.
