Lock Your Framerate With Vsync In The Options Menu. Or Use An Fps Limiter Whatever. Im Running The 7800XT And I Have It Locked At 75hz/75fps With Vsync At 1440p No FSR Or Framegen Full High Settings I Don't Have A Single Problem. Sounds Like Your Framerates Set To Unlimited In The Menu To Me.
