levi should pop on independant systems / stations. no special faction and lvl requirement. you can have it on the starting one if you´re "lucky".

They can use real factions, this isn't 2021 anymore. All that crap is over.

Over? Don't take my word for it. There are articles out there about it. It's financial suicide for a company to use real factions in a near future or current setting. No need to get into it here in detail but it's not gonna happen. In fact it didn't happen.

Idk even know what causes it, it seems to have something to do path tracing because once you lift the ground fps goes back to normal... kind of, still gets ultra lag after a while in the air.
