How "young" your game is is mostly irrelevant to performance. The game is always simulating everything happening in every sector, which starts at around 10,000 ships and 1000 stations in a new game with the DLC sectors included.

You are just wrong on every level bud, ofc the age of your universe matters it always has and always will? so your saying that a 2000hr old game performs same as a new game lol? a 2000hr old save will contain vastly more assets in the game than there was on a fresh save.

i know there is some discourse between him losing ACOG and hot take but he should keep it, or instead of wamai getting the shorty, why not give it to rook?
instead of the nitro cell instead give him a deployable shield and a bulletproof camera.

rook needs the ACOG to be beneficial for the team, cause once he places his armour down hes quite pointless afterwards and doesnt benefit site setup.
give him the super shorty, deployable and bulletproof, only then i will agree he will lose the ACOG, cause the one thing i noticed with rook he really does lack utility.

i also dont think he needs impacts either, since lets be honest no one really uses them to make rotates anymore, even rarely used against shields as well.
