That is a power hungry CPU and GPU, I had this setup. Also ,if you don't have Vsync on and no frame limit, its rendering up to max possible frames. Yes, you will pull 800 W with that rig.

Np. Graphics options have Vsync and frame limiter in game, personally ,if I achieve well over 120 FPS, I just lock it to 120 FPS ,because game menu is not automatically frame limited like many games. It will uttilize your CPU and GPU less thus less power draw, it should really only pull 800w during game ,if intense.

It was pretty much a druid thing. Although the DM's guide recommended that when world building and running a campaign that NPC's be meted out in a similar fashion. Nothing as stringent as the druids. But the number of high level clerics, for instance, within a given faith group should be few and fairly spread out. Probably less so for wizards as many of them are not part of any group, often tending toward being lone wolfs. But I would guess a magic using school or an organization (Red Wizards of Thay) would have a hierarchy.

Same but that only happen if I takeover someone else's dedicated server. It doesn't happen on official server however. Check which servers are you playing on.

How to find the old branch???
Go to your library and right click Carry The Glass, press properties and in the opened window press "Betas" you will see the "old version" branch there.

Still can't find the save files.
