From what I have heard, it sounds like everyone gets powered crept. It is just a matter of how long before they become 'useless', and Kitasan just lasts longer than most. However, I would take that with a grain of salt. Unless you are dropping a lot of cash, you will never be able to constantly keep up with the newest everything.

nah Super Creek is still S tier in JP. Swinging Maestro is simply too good.
