Yup, same problem here. Literally the worst customer support I have ever encountered and I am not even exaggerating. There ultimately is no support. They offer AI chatbot slop with random linked articles you can read or just a plain message that "for this problem we don't offer any help", because they don't give a damn.
If that's their way of handling things, not offering an unlinking of accounts if one can prove they are the owner of that steam account, then I'm not creating all new accounts for EA and Steam either just to start over with this one game. GG

Hello there!
I managed to play my first ever round of Humanity in the Quest 2 over Steam Link with zero issues, then some other day I played it on the TV.
Now I launch it from Steam Link again, but controllers don't work.
I tried clicking on the game window with the mouse as I read somewhere else, but no change. I went to controllers and it shows "oculus touch" as the controller. They respond to input in the Steam overlay, but nothing in the game.
What can I do to get it working again in VR?
