Gnasher has literally always been meta. They didn't touch anything, that's how it's always been played. The maps are the same, so the only factor that would be different are the players.

And having played to level 20 already, cover and flanking are still part of the game play, for good reason. I can't say I remember 100% how strong Gnasher's were back in 2006, but I've played GoW since it released. They were always abused.

the gnasher is literally the exact way it was back in 2006. about 3 or 4 shots to kill, about 2 shots to DBNO with charged ammo. gears 1 easily has the weakest gnasher, back then players had to use a technique called "the 1, 2" which was a melee followed up with a gnasher shot just to get a DBNO.

literally nothing has changed and OP wouldnt last one day in gears 5 where gnashers are almost always one shot kills or at least one shot DBNO's.

They actually buffed the gnasher in the day 1 patch. Tighter spread, increased damage. You can one shot down people from some absurd range that was not possible in the original. This was their way of 'dealing' with poor hit registration - sidestep the real issue and buff the shotgun.

I will add that the Lancer is technically very strong in this game, but it doesn't feel like it a lot of the time thanks to hit reg issues.

Most essential part of any large shooter game that has hardly existed in large shooter games. Almost like it's not essential.

I dont want that Henry is blacksmith but some armourer must be hired and Henry level armor must be in the game. There was 1 lvl4 armor in the main game.

Yeah, but so could the Ultimatum before they nerfed it. So there's no guarantee they left it the same as when it was originally leaked.

The PC is unconscious on the ship. Shadowheart (unless she is the PC) is not. Plus the Mind Flayer crew would notice if one of them wasn't connected to the semi-hive mind.
Certainly the emperor does use your infection as the Sword of Damocles to hold over you, pretending only he can stop you changing so as to manipulate you. But that's him taking advantage of a situation, not creating it. Indeed he'd have no need to; if you've been captured and put on the Nautiloid you're getting infected anyway.

You don't know when Sharty became conscious.

And the nautiloid crew did notice, one of the tablets on the ship states they're aware of one, but for whatever reason they must not have taken action.

The real question to me is when and where did Sharty get the prism anyway

I would agree that "Swap" is a bad choice but don't see where you get that ^^

Of course you can, that's what OP described. If you have the maximum amount of ships, you have to swap your active ship with the corvette.

it ddin't though, I have 12 ships in my bays and now one corvette hanging out in it's own docking ring external to the capitol
