I know you weren't intended to make a point with this but yes. You can thank the Global Business Division for this fact. They forced capcom to pull back endgame content to try for more money.

UPDATE: I unlocked four portals and a fifth appeared, but I still have no idea where to find the rest.

Ran into this too. From what I've figured out using the transmute potion and the arcana that activates your potion without consuming it, it seems like every transmute and the secret shop have a shared pool or relics that's smaller than the actual amount of relics available.
This resets every floor, so go down a floor and it should change.
As for the triad, given exiting to the title screen restarts you on floor 2, I think boss rooms still count as floor 2, so overusing tranmsutation can result in them grabbing hot cross buns.

the thing i think bothers me is it's not cycling relics it's just "you saw it once, it's gone until next floor" but like i find it still was happening to me each floor when i was transmuting, like it seems once you find it, it's removed from the pool of relics you could find, like in the first one i believe it just kept cycling that pool's relics until you genuinely started emptying it out, here it's emptying this pool out without you having taken it.

chris i recommend not wasting your time with these concern trolls. they infest the forums

it needs double the size of your installation folder, for me my folder is like 29gb so i need like at least double and a little more, like 58 but prolly 60 is safer bet. i do have mods so i dont think my folder size is accurate
