No cloud saves currently, but I'll look into how difficult it would be to implement them.

This boss is very challenging, but that is normal, having in mind this is a demo and the goal is to have a representative taste about the game's mechanics, level design and boss fights.

I managed to beat the boss after several attempts, when I finally figured out what was the best strategy for me. I didn't see any major issues as you guys are saying. The falling rocks were pretty easy to avoid using the dash and regular movement. Something that might be felt unfair is when the boss falls from the ceiling, because you need to dash out from him and the cool down is a bit slow to get fast to him dashing again.
