for the record i think you get achievement credit for each mwm event even if you don't win all the rewards as long as you join while it's open

You have to 'complete' the event which means obtaining all available rewards for MWM. For other achievements like completing Limited matches you don't have to win but you do have to play until you have won or lost as many as possible and claim your rewards.

i think the only one that really has a speed limit is the electric shunter. are you hauling all these around at once or? thats alot of extra weight to move around

Yeah, that's the point. Capcom advertised those recommended settings and guess what, the recommended settings can barely play the game. You genuinely have to be inept if you brush away legit criticism on a product people spend a premium on by saying: "PEOPLE JUHZZZT SHULD PUIT GAEM ON 360P 24 fps framegen x10 HURR." People got enough self respect to not settle for this garbage.

I'm cruising on a 7800X3D + 7900 xtx and while playable, it's not a great experience especially for a game that looks this scuffed and horrible.
