I believe the true fans of this game don’t want to play the 'sanitized version' which is the 1.5 patch, but the original version. That’s why I strongly recommend splitting the game into two versions. Players are well aware that 'sanitized versions' are a sad compromise, just look at what happened with the Resident Evil series.
So if necessary, keep the 'sanitized version' exclusively for the Mainland China region due to local public opinion or political factors. Fine. Whatever. But what we truly want is the original masterpiece.

I just tried Budokai Tenkaichi 3 with the latest nightly version of PCSX2, and it renders at 30 FPS. When I use LS at fixed x2, it shows 60 FPS, sometimes 59. It works very well visually with almost no artifacts that I could detect, but the input lag is terrible, even for a subpar arena fighter like this.

My recommendation: right click game > properties > emulation > enable "skip presenting duplicate frames" before using frame gen. I don't know what "generating frames from the VPS" means, but it clearly is doubling the framerate for me. It shows 30/60 on LS, and the OSD for the emu shows 29.9 something FPS/ 59.9 something VPS.

There is. You just need to NOT opt into seeing games with frequent sexual content and games with adult only content. It's in the store preferences.

Modding in DRG is as easy as point and click, and it's all done in game; why is that not good?

Every mod manager out there is gonna get criticism and some people are particularly virulent in that regard due to personal bad experience.

This happens with everything.

1) It is announced
2) Yea maybe adding an option for it
3) You can set your brigthness to 0
4) Just turn it off. There is an option for it
