Great question, ask EA.

Secure Boot can prevent some cheat tools from loading during the startup process, but A: most cheats do not load during the startup process and B: anything that needs signed can be self-signed, negating Secure Boot entirely. Anyone who cheats likely already knows how to do that crap.

So while EA/Dice's concept was based in fact, in reality it isn't going to help as much as it's going to hinder. Just look through all the threads/comments on Reddit regarding Secure Boot and failing to POST after enabling it. Something tells me there's far more people having issues turning it on than cheaters who were thwarted by it... and of those cheaters, that "thwarting" is only temporary.

Should have seen the flamers, they could literally shoot you through everything hahaha. Still can in some areas but they have mostly patched that, as for the Phalanx yeah as i said in the first post you just give him little sprays in between his shooting wind up and strafing out of the line of sight so he shoots a wall or whatever you can use to absorb the damage. Or if you're using shotgun just kite him until he gets closer to you just keeping an eye on him as he gets closer just strafe out to check where he is then when he's close enough throw a nade at him then blast him with the shotgun or whatever takes about a second to kill him after the nade hits.
