this is irrelevant. The rights lies on a creation. A product of your invention. Legislatories does not care if the creation itself is "illegally" (see smith example here below) made or not. A court judge can say that this mod falls under "fair use" and thus the author keeps their rights on that. At other hand, a court judge may dismiss the claim of ownership because another entity (in this case, Bethesda) claimed their rights, thus warranting a removal of a such mod. Since Bethesda somewhat "allowed" modding, all mod creations have copyright ownership until Bethesda decides to not support this anymore.

A quest mod written by my hand via Creation Kit allows me to become the author of this object code. If I see someone copying or editing it without my permission, it is in my whole right to intervene on that. That many mod authors allowed patches to their mod(s) is simply because they don't mind (?) such edits. If a change is undesired, they do have rights to have the mod removed!

it does not matter which tools you have used to create something. You are the inventor of that product. Otherwise it is impossible for a smith to shape an iron sword because a smelter he is using has active copyrights on that.

The horde triggers every few minutes, forgot how long. But it'll get increasingly harder each horde attack. Once you get the mission item or completed the objection, the endless hordes will come at ya. So leave. If you're doing a 10min timed mission, once the 10mins are over, it's endless waves of hordes, with each wave getting harder.

Did he lead horde after horde towards you, and not rez you?
Did he take all the stim's, and relics then log off?
Did he use nades to stun you, or blow you up while battling a terminus threat?
