What does the Placebo Pill actually do?

Every time you level up, the location and composition of enemies in all maps get "redrawn" from the pool of available enemies. The pool is determined by your Gnosis level. Basically, levelling up reshuffles enemy (and chest/ritual/event) spawns.

The Placebo Pill triggers this reshuffle without levelling up. You can use it if you get a really hard spawn you don't want to deal with, like a max difficulty pack of enemies right next to a miniboss + watcher, right next to your entrance portal.

Forgot to mention, there also moments where you almost dodge, well in a way you are still within the AOE range, but just by pixels, and thus get hit. Which can be frustrating, Especially when your new at it, you easily can get caught up in this a lot and rage quit quickly.

There is 0 reason with full armor/health she should just get to pop out of the floor and one-shot you. It's not difficult, it's obnoxiously broken and stupid as hell. Even if you kite her it doesn't matter. She'll just pop out of your ass and eat you from across the map. What a fun design.
