About the cat easter egg above the chandelier, I don't think it has anything to do with the puzzles. It is a literal translation of a Dutch proverb: "Een kat in het nauw maakt rare sprongen." It means something along the lines of: "Someone who is threatened/driven into a corner might act in unexpected ways."
I think it's just a cute extra unrelated to any sleuthing.

Was looking forward to seeing what might be added.

Often it is a firewall issue. You have to set also both exe game and launcher in admin mode.

Oh, since you identify the rules of the game with the fiction of the game universe, the answer to your question is obviously that cyberware doesn't need "power" in any physics or engineering sense. Some cyberware is on a cooldown after you use it, and stamina is regenerated over time and by using certain perks. There is no deeper answer to "how is cyberware powered" than "game has rules, and rules say you can use cyberware...".

I think it is an interesting idea... but too many other things to fix before adding in some more code that ultimately just makes a feature more "cinematic." Just like all the time they spent adding in the landing craft on Utah and Omaha beach maps.... For this game, they are practically useless and more of a liability for the US side.

Now, how about a compromise? increase the spawn range for an airhead... so not everyone spawns in standing next to the box. Maybe a 25m or 50m spawn circle around the box?
