My husband fixed it for me by removing windows and reinstalling completely. Frustrating but I beat the easter egg finally lol

can you ask your husband if he mounted the ISO file then setup or he booted to a usb with windows

Well, I thought that when mixing that each newly-added effect of a mixer would automatically go at the bottom of the list (as long as there weren't already 8 and no overlaps). But I just did a little quick in-game testing, and unfortunately it seems that there is something more going on in the background that decides order of effects when mixing.

Meth+Addy then +Horse did result in Electrifying/Long-Faced as predicted, so that much was good. But adding Viagor (which doesn't react with either of those effects) resulted in Tropic Thunder/Electrifying/Long-Faced, instead of putting TT at the end of the list. Further mixing Chili into that spat out Spicy/TT/Elec/LF.... So I dunno what rules govern the order, or if it's randomized, but it seems trying to force a specific effect in a specific position is going to take some doing.

Crossing the pipelines in On-Site Refining, do not enjoy getting stopped mid skate, having to manually vault the offending cross pipe and exposing yourself to getting hit

Got the loop just now. Left Lydia and Ellie in the shower to speak to the workers then Lydia got dressed and we went on to the servant interview, went to the small office and...back to meeting the servant at the gate. What an annoying loop.
