Hey everyone, I’ve got a suggestion about map rotation and matchmaking:

Right now, we have two available maps: Legacy and Normal. From what I’ve seen, this setup really splits the matchmaking pool, and with our current player base, that often means longer queue times—especially in certain regions or times of day.

What if maps rotated seasonally?

Each season would feature only one active map (even in Ranked).

The next season switches to the other map.

This would unify the player base, reduce wait times, and give each map its own season to shine.

I think this could help focus the community, improve queue efficiency, and even allow for themed seasons—like “Legacy Reborn” or “Zheta Dominance.”

Sure, not everyone would love having one map offline for a while, but with a clear seasonal rhythm and communication, I feel like most players would adapt pretty well.

So we’d get: smaller matchmaking split → faster games → more active community.

Thoughts?

hurdy durdy skill this skill that. Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ how good you are or are not at a game. Stunlocking the player shouldn't exist and whether you have no thumbs or were blessed by jesus himself with panther reflexes, it doesn't matter in the slightest. The game objectively had the ability to stunlock, the devs addressed it.

Play them in release order, although I don't think it really matters that much because they all stand great on their own and you probably won't glean all of the story without playing them multiple times anyway.

3 was my first, then GZ and PP briefly before I thought "I don't know what is going on!" so I started with 1, but even after multiple playthroughs of them I still don't understand everything lol

It's my favorite series though. Extremely entertaining games.

With MGS MC VOL2 coming some months after MGS DELTA it will make sense, honestly back then we didn't know too.

You can try the following: Remove 100% of all gear, including backpack/equipped into a crate. When 100% naked. Relog. Works sometimes...

And those players are also in the hunt for their own parts for their own characters, which may not require killing the monster.

If you need to control the outcome of the fight, either communicate ahead of time or just go solo.

Thats pretty much like saying that Nazis in WW2 wanted to liberate Europe from Jews. To clear up what I am trying to say. Using the word "liberate" in this context I gave as an analogy and your context is wrong, this is not "liberation"
