They never added a solo queue. Why would friendless people BUY this?!

In Dead by Daylight it is true that if you queue as a killer you will get matched against a LOT of premades but that game has a heads up display SHOWING who is pre-maiding so you can just re-queue till you get a lobby of randoms.

Dead by Daylight has no such thing. There is no indicator to see or know if and which survivor entered solo or part of a team. I have nearly 1.100 hours in that game, I could and would know that.

Marvel Rivals also has no distinction or indicator between going in solo or as a team. You can party up between any number of 1 to 5 players and matchmaking will always fill the rest to 6.

League has a split between "Solo-queue" and "Flex", yes. However, solo-Q ALWAYS has allowed you to take a friend along, so even there there is no guarantee everyone's on their own w/o comms.
Being part of a team = being in a premade. Duh!

In Marvel Rivals you can literally toggle an option to avoid premades in ranked.

You can only solo after masters you can't duo queue. I haven't played this in ages so this might have changed.

Politely disagree. It's unrealistic to expect a dev to monitor any/all forums in which their game is discussed (read as: impossible). It's fairly common to completely ignore non-owned forums, I would argue, especially from larger studios that have their own infrastructure. And much to my disappointment, I see LOTS of devs opting to have an "official" Discord server running as their sole means of customer interaction.

Indeed, in looking at the Wildgate website, I see a prominently displayed link to Discord across their navigation bar directly next to the buy button. I imagine their intent is to funnel people to said server. With no apparent posts by the team aside from the "Welcome to Wildgate" post, I doubt they use these forums. As well, in the specific welcome post in the FAQ section, they invite players to join their Discord in order to provide feedback.

Perhaps reconsider your viewpoint on this?

Additionally, if you have not done so yet, consider hitting their Discord server to provide feedback. It may be the only place they credit. Not that I would expect you to. Me personally, I'm so bitter that I assume ANY company just tosses my suggestions straight in the bin anyhow, so getting me to join a Discord server (blah) for a game I don't own is a high enough bar that I would just move on.

Have a good one, Benji.

-edit-
words are hard

Discord, emails, forums. Real game devs who are passionate, and not 9 to 5 slaves, will read all forms of communication. Maybe they won't respond, but they'll at least lurk.

Most discord servers, especially game ones, require a phone # to "verify" your account. I don't own a phone, so I can't use most servers. Secondly, as a famous person, the second I type on a SwoleBenji account people go nuts. Thirdly leftoids and weirdos tend to be jannies for discords and I just end up getting banned over something like standing up for peoples freedom of speech.

if a hamster got banned from 109 pet stores, are the pet stores or the hamster at fault?
