I also restarted in standard mode and the difference is crazy. It is like a whole different game.
I strongly advice anyone reading this to stay clear and FAR away from adventure mode.

It feels and plays like a pvp player designed a gameplay loop like he thinks a pve player would play... without ever having played pve himself. It is kinda just terrible and boring.

Go standard and enjoy the game. It is still too easy for a survival game, but much less linear and on rails, so much more enjoyable.

Cool. Thanks for wasting my evening then. Why do you make a steam release countdown leading into maintenance? I can't even give you money and buy the game lmao. Releasing on August 13 seems like a false advertisement. Going to spend my money and evening differently. After doing some research into this game in my hour of waiting it seems I dodged the bullet anyways.

I AM the OP and that's exactly how I used it. It's a lot easier to type "...or is this just a gooner game?" than it is to type "...or is this just a game for lonely males ages 14 to 37 who touch themselves to video game characters?". If people wanna play gooner games then that's fine. No judgement. I prefer the real deal but that's just me. I prefer gameplay over visuals, so if this is just a worse Warframe with big booty goth GF's then I'll just stick to Warframe, hence the title of my OP asking if it is or not. Your attempt to psychoanalyze what I said like some first year psych med student is so poor I feel like I should be washing their feet. The reason you take offense to the term at all is because the attractive women is the primary reason you play the game but instead of embracing it you deny it because you're ashamed of yourself for having dropped over 100+ dollars on skins to make your characters as sexy as possible.

Nah. It happens also on my 13700K, 5070 Ti and 6400MT/s cl30 DDR5. Viewmodel sometimes go haywired bananas and is shaking like a Russian after hard night with vodka. We have to wait for a patch.

I keep crashing right after the login/main menu screen, and if I relaunch the game error message pop up that say "game files required to initialize the global shader library are missing from my steam directory .
