Achievements: How do I find out what I unlocked?

I've been achievement hunting and it's been really fun so far. Bought a copy for my dad too since he likes Strategy games. However, I've reached the point where I'm trying to unlock the hidden achievements (I've 100% Starcraft 2, it's a bit of a hobby for me and a dedication to show I really like the game), or achievements with a hidden reward and I have some suggestions.

The first one I've unlocked is Diplomacy 5, its reward is stated as "?" I've tried to check my starting bonuses and I don't think anything changed, is it related to a different achievement then? Once it's been unlocked, I suggest adding a small hint as to what it does so that it gives a sense of "Here's whats to come, congratulations!"

I understand that the hidden achievements are hidden so that we can try out all the systems and combinations in the game, although maybe a small phrase not directly related but can point us in the right direction will help too?

That's all I've got for now, but another thing I want to point out is that the I think compared to the other races, the Rigger's Empire Abilities scale well into the end game since it acts as a sink for resources not being focused on anymore later on. I suggest if the same can be done for the other empires? Here's some suggestions I worked up that might be possible within the limitations of the game and with only minor changes/additions:

Pirates: The "hunting" mechanic doesn't scale as well. The RNG for the rewards makes expensive hunts not worth it. Maybe scaling the reward of the hunt to the amount spent for it will make this scale better as time proceeds. No need to adjust the chance for a successful search, but I could suggest that the more spent on it the higher the increase to the chance up to a cap: Maybe 50/50.

The Federation's combat reward scaling doesn't help too much. A bump to rewards will be a big help cause so far they are the least scalable empire, especially since there might come a point that they lose ships more than they gain rewards/although but that point it might be a big skill issue. Still, discussions on Federation is something I do want to start.

The Alliance's ability to convert miners is good, but the problem is it doesn't scale as well as the rigger's since it has a big cap: Miner Cap. At that point, the same issue happens with Federation's in the late game with losses being equal or greater than the yield per turn. And since it's slowing down, eventually they will fall.

I've noticed late game "enemy" riggers are also overtuned, although I think this stems from their playable version being better at scaling than their counterparts too.

I cannot comment yet on the heretics since I don't have much experience with them yet, but I do hope you are able to read my comments and see if any are good. I like this game, it has really good potential and I wish more people play it and I think with these scalable abilities that would be one more step to that.
