I started a 2H Mace /Armored combat/splash of other stuff run with Leo for Beasts & Sages and I never had to pick up a ranged weapon, only nets/bombs occasionally. With 2 early charge attacks runners arent much of a problem, and later you can get a third or even 4th charge attack. 2H Mace provides alot of tankiness with stun/daze/stagger combod with armor of choice (I stayed medium).

I will never like Megaman X6, I will never see it as a good game. I don't know why you and your buddy have kept trying. I hated it in 2008 when I played it on ePSXe(5 years before J's Reviews was a channel). I hated it in 2015 when I played it on the X collection for PS2 as both X and Zero(2 years before J's Reviews reviewed Megaman X6). And I hated it in 2018 when I played it on the X Legacy Collection 2(And years before I heard of J's Reviews. I've always been Insular on my choices for who I watch on youtube).

I've beaten the game 3 times. I have the proof that I have done what I've said. I don't know why you and your buddy are trying to convince me that I'm wrong and that X6 is a good game actually. The only time I didn't beat the game is when I played it on emulator and I didn't have the Speedster or Jumper part and thus couldn't beat Gate 1 as Shadow Armor X.

When I talk about the problems of this game, I'm not making things up. It's okay if you don't think that X6 is a bad game with a list of problems longer than the wordcount of this post... but it's still a bad game.

And as for the nightmare phenomenon, you can call it fair if you want. You can call it well designed if you want. It's not. You got used to it. You probably grew up with Mega Man X6, to you it might be a special nostalgic game. I didn't play it til I was 19. So I really do see it for how it is and I really do hate it.

Exotic goods vendor will randomly pop up at any tavern, including yours (if you have one built). You can see the icon in the HUD.

There are 3 taverns in Valley map: Gostovia, Hornica, and Jezerica. In Oxbow, I think there is only one in Piastovia.

I've benefited greatly. The only downside is that women don't know what to do with a guy who doesn't need anyone, let alone a woman, to get things done.

That's not a dig at women, that's the price of personal success. They can't relate to a Swiss Army Nerd and I can't relate to a one-horse pony. And the ones that can, well, they're probably feeling a similar frustration.

So yes, the bigger picture is too small.
