I’ve been playing War Thunder for a little while, but I only recently realized how many promo code things I completely missed out on. Either I didn’t enter a code when registering my account on Steam or I just wasn’t eligible when coming back after a break.

I remember a lot of YouTubers sharing codes that seemed to only work if you were either brand new or a returning player. But since I already had an account and came back, I couldn’t use any of them. I even tried staying away for about half a year, hoping I might get stuff, but nothing really showed up.

Now I feel like I’ve missed out on a ton of cool rewards just by not knowing about them at the right times.

Should I actually feel bad about that or is this just normal for War Thunder?

Another thought is to let us create our own custom zones. I remember this being useful in a previous Park management game. Can't remember if it was RCT series, Parkitect, Planet Coaster, or maybe them all.

But yeah, creating our own zones to assign, and being able to cut/paste (to move) or copy/paste would be a huge improvement to the game's quality of life.

Getting beamed by absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ just standing in the open even after I open on them is unacceptable. This game feels gross to play. Controllers have pretty hefty auto aim also and its really egregious with hipfire smgs or carbines. You just can't win vs a controller in close quarters.

The only thing I enjoy doing is skirmishing with shotgun+slugs, because the game shuts off the incoming damage when you confirm a deathblow. I even gave my own controller a try, and even though I don't like to use it, it was much (much) easier to track people in close quarters using a shotgun or smg. Basically cheating.

I have about 30 minutes combined time ever using a controller for FPS on pc, but I was making shots and tracking movement how I never could with a mouse in that time. You just meatshot people to death and there is nothing they can do.

I havent been able to get the aim assist on controller to work one single time. How do you get it to work?!? Everyone i see is snapping to enemies so fast theres no way thats even a mouse. I would LOVE to have aim assist on my Xbox controller to balance some of the cheating out. I have all the assists are set to 100 lol and not a single time have i felt there was any aim assist. I free aim just as if my right stick was controlling a mouse...

I'm not LGBTQ at all. I'm straight heterosexual and I'm pretty certain OP is too. Is that a problem? Nobody is trying to make anyone play as a male character. I guess you missed the entire point of this discussion.

Some guys just want to play as a male character to play as a male character. Since when is wanting worn jeans and a flannel plaid shirt half dressed? Also, since when are you the authority on what's OK and not OK? If some guys want some manly looking cosmetics to reflect themselves as a manly bad ass, what's so wrong with that?

With what you've said, it looks to me like you're a homophobic. If men want to be a manly dressed character in game and want more manly male cosmetics, who are you to judge who and what those people are?

Oh my god ur right, this needs to happen. I can't enjoy it knowing Turkish isn't included. I will pay extra. We should all pay extra to make this happen. The game won't be worth playing unless it has this. Let's all speak Turkish on the forum and make everyone learn Turkish on the forum, I want everyone to get on board with this. Money, time, acceptance; if we get ppl to do all 3 we will have won. Turkey is more important.
