couple reasons:

# 1, someone decided to buy a DMA card from Amazon and has no clue how things actually work, that's all they need, not a penny extra - they download and compile the cheats which are now all open source anyways.. due to inexperience, they don't want to risk their main Steam account - remember, while Crytek does not ban, there is still EAC and it has their minimal atrocious detection and someone with no experience may actually get caught.

# 2, cheat developers and paid cheat software guarantee a new license case let's say, EAC does add something and people are detected, it's easier to create a new account and use it for one game in particular.. this also adds up when you think multiple games may be subject to multiple possible bans (i.e. someone cheats on R6, Hunt, BF6, insert name here) - some bans may end up in their profile, so someone from R6 may see the person was banned on Hunt.. becomes way, way too obvious.

another reason why ID should be required for steam acc and only one acc per ID

because ids cant be stolen faked or anything else... yes it COULD help but people already buy DMA cards what stops cheaters from buying fake ids or useing one of their non gamer parents/friends/kids what ever?

The demo for 16 was boring af, imo. I didn't even bother with it. 15 is a pretty weak entry, sure, but 16 didn't seem like a FF game at all. More like Kingdom Hearts, including the fact that it feels like you're watching a cringy anime more often than you are playing an actual game.
