Welcome to the DBD community.
For rules to follow it'll really depend on how you find the game and what feels fun to do, plenty of people will tell you whats right and wrong but ultimately you're only responsible for your own fun. There are some more niche mechanics that do disincentivize certain behaviors, such as the anti 'camp' feature which means if you stay within a certain radius of a hooked survivor they'll unhook themselves. Generally its very unfun to play against someone camping as survivor so I try not to do it unless in a scenario there's no other ways I can get a kill. Another thing is 'slugging' or leaving survivors on the ground to bleed out, once again a case by case basis where you'll have to decide whether its worth it or not. But no matter what you do or how you play as long as you say gg in the end game chat you're good enough in my book, just try not to succumb to the toxic attitude of some (admittedly many) of the community members. Its up to you to decide whats fun and my last piece of advice is don't take any of the mean stuff that may be hurled your way in the future to heart. Best of luck.

Hello everyone, this post acts of a last resort. I would say about two weeks ago my account got hijacked and completely hacked. Ever since then ive been trying to contact support endlessly trying to get my account of almost 10 years back. The problem with getting it back is that the hijackers changed the email to the account and the first thing ubisoft support does is send a email verification link to the email thats associated to the account. Obviously the problem with this is that the link they send goes to the hijacked email and not the email that was associated to before they changed it. I have proof and reciepts to prove im the owner of the account. It also looks like ubisoft support dosent use real agents to help because i can easily prove im the owner if i can just chat with a real person that works for ubisoft. This has been devastating for me because ive played ubisoft games for years and to see my account just completely gone in a flash hurts alot. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN TALK TO A REAL AGENT AT UBISOFT PLEASE LET ME KNOW IM BEGGING.

Endless RPG have lore and short stories, but there is no main story or an end state to the game. So you are free to explore and create your own adventure at your own pace.

Also, there is a Mod section on Steam Workshop where you can download new quests, contracts and events. Or you can upload your very own quest with an ending too. ^_~
