How do you know why a map or a mod doesn't load or show in game without the log?

I packed Saxlingham.zip into another zip file. Now we have the same problem as the OP, namely that the map is not displayed in the game. The only thing in the log is the following line:

Error: Failed to open xml file 'C:/Users/name/Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/mods/FS25_Saxlingham/modDesc.xml' .

This line simply tells you that an xml file cannot be opened. This line does not tell you anything about the reason why the file cannot be opened, namely that it was packed twice as a zip file. So the log does not help you here, because you already know that the map cannot be opened.

It tells that the map is the problem, it could have been another mod instead, and whitout the log you'll never know what and why, that's the wole point.
Once you know is the map you can look for why it doesn't work instead of goin' completely blank.

COI require a certain amount of resource flow. As long as you meet the minimum, to avoid death spirals, it dont have to be running perfect.

They all are horrible I agree 100% I don't know who designed/play tested & thought this was the way forward.

This one will probably cost more than 35 GC to buy when the event is over so its probably worth it paying GE to just get it or take a break from the grind every couple of days if you're going to burn out.
