atleast you dont get kicked all the time. i download the game played the start, tried to join easy mode like alot. got kicked all the time, (dont have a mic on) (dont text) just wanna have fun and play, well i uninstalled and havnt played since. i played like 1h and 10 min max. ^^ thinking about joining up agian. but i dont wanna waste time getting kicked, when just trying to relax.
You are most likely joining into missions that people are only there to 'farm' SC for the upcoming warbond release.

So they are probably not really kicking you out of the game to be mean, they are doing it because they see your low level and assume that you want to complete the mission/operation but they will not do that which would result in you wasting your time = kick you so you either host or join someone actually doing the missions/operation.

Best bet is to either search for a mission and make sure its another low level player so you have better odds of joining someone else also wanting to complete the mission or simply host yourself. At worst you will get high level players joining and scouring the map for SC(which you also get if they pick it up) and/or some stick around to do the mission with you.

The point of you being the host is that to climb to higher difficulties you have to complete a full operation to unlock the next difficulty level, as a host you keep your progress on completed missions in the operation while if you join someone else you are relying on them sticking around to complete all the missions in the operation.... so as a host you could take your time to do 1 mission a day and still make progress unlike when you join and have to do all in one go with the same host.

Once you get to difficulty 4-5 and above you should practically never see these 'farm' missions again since they tend to stick to difficulty 1-3. So just plow through the lower difficulties best you can, should not be too much trouble as they are kind of on the Tutorial level of difficulty and your experience with joining others to play will massively improve.

I really don't think your understanding of game design is that deep if you think he MUST have uber. In fact, there is no single "must have" mechanic for any class. That kind of thinking is extremely restrictive and prevents you from doing fun things. Nine classes with unique core identities that you must maintain is restrictive enough while still letting you get away with a ton of fun ideas, even if Valve eventually said "♥♥♥♥ it" and gave Demo a subclass that effectively inverts his role. It's good to have limits, in fact limits bring creativity, but too many limits is constricting. Medic is intentionally supposed to be a strong utility class, but he doesn't need to have uber to do that. Burst healing on its own is damn strong to the point it's one of the biggest problems people have with the Crossbow and AOE healing is underutilized in TF2 for a reason. Having both would be cracked without any proper balancing, which is why no Uber is a worthwhile tradeoff.
I was considering breaking Uber into bars like the Vaccinator and having each of them allow you to use an AOE heal, but having to manage two resources on a single weapon seems like way too much work for what likely wouldn't be much reward.
Anyways, my personal philosophy is that a weapon is allowed to exist as long as it fits the class's identity. Demo could get a sledgehammer he can throw as a secondary weapon, Heavy can trade his minigun for a riot shield, Spy can do jujutsu and break people's necks instead of backstabbing. If it fits the class's theme or role and you can make it work, then it's a good idea.
okay, crit boost to everyone in the throw for 12 seconds on full uber right click throw
You're still restricting yourself to the confines of having uber at all.
