Are you using any towers or just snipers? Two ballistas at a choke point as the swarm forms is a good way to support your snipers. You could add a shock tower for extra help. Stakes in front of the walls is also helpful.

Mean while it has been proven that Valve secretly for many years abusing their massive market power to do anti-consumer and anti-competitive tactics of using threats and negative actions towards developers and publishers that did or wanted to provide non Steam enabled PC games cheaper on other PC stores vs the price on Steam.

One of the few games where ppl are begging to spend money on it for a battlepass and they refuse to deliver. You can literally see the prize pool dropped from a cliff the last TI compared to all the other ones.

EA collecting your data at sametime "age verification" companies are telling you play game on 2 hours in one day.

Yep i always find it frustrating when upscalers and framegen are left out of modern games. You would also think a 3090 could still pull its weight especially in a game like this that doesn't appear to have any real justification for being so graphically demanding.

I just upgraded recently from a 3090. Fantastic card but it was starting to show its age in newer games at 4K. I ended up getting a 5080 and was worried i would miss the massive amounts of VRAM from the 3090 but am shocked at how much of an improvement the 5080 is in games. I do often still rely on upscale and framegen alot though especially in the summer as it brings my overall GPU load and temps down and these tools allow me to play 4K with max settings.

One thing you could do is try the Nvidia Image Scaling from the Nvidia App. It's not as good as DLSS but its still a decent way to upscale the image. Not sure if the 3 series also has Smooth Motiion in the Nvidia App.

Or try Lossless Scaling. I used that a fair bit in more demanding games towards the end of my 3090's. The framegen set to auto helped me play Silent Hill with Ray Tracing and max graphics.
