Try the airfield, there are quite a few spawns in some towns.
Also, they take a couple days to spawn on a new world.

Then go buy Rogue Trader from Owlcat and be sure to grab the DLC, they are excellent.

Yes it's a CRPG, and yes you may have to read some text even if most of it is now dubbed, But trust me it will be a better RPG experience than The Outer DEI Slope 2.

You are not playing it the way it supposed to be played, you can get overpowered very easily. I think the game is way too easy, you need mobs to take bullets because you can get that OP where you 1 tap them.
