so they'd be terminating my account soley because their TOS says they can delete my account for any reason... which they can do to anyone's account regardless of if you give them your personal information.

there's nothing in there that says "wizards can randomly decide they want to gather your personal information" outside of the scope of "we can do whatever we want" >.>
