Sounds like you messed something up and now it`s locked at 60 fps.

Just updated and updated shaders.. i was running a very smooth 90-110 FPS with DLSS on my 4070 laptop. now it is hi-cupping and shuddering every few seconds! during a quest it dropped to single digit fps. and i thought froze! its unplayable. i restarted the game and same issues. put the graphic settings on LOW and stil running 30-40 dlss fps. game is ruined... any advice? thanks

Use DDU ( clean reformat of gpu ) and try to download 576.88 Driver from Nvidia

I kinda love it.
Though I could see it being either even funnier or maybe annoying with the bigger lobby mods lol. Maybe the modders can do something in that case.

The problem is that a racist, transphobic slur was allowed to sit, the person who posted it didn’t even get banned, and yet my direct response got me banned almost instantly. That’s not protecting the community, that’s protecting the trolls at the community’s expense. The slur was not allowed to sit there, it's gone and who knows what punishment the user got for it. How do you know they didn't receive a warning or a ban? Did you sit there and watch their account on the board all the time after you copped your ban? Notice how that user is no longer posting on those boards, despite not being banned right now?

You don't like it, that's fine. But sitting here and complaining endlessly despite your own admittance that you don't even play games here seems silly.

You've been told to take your issue to Steam Support, because the only response you'll get from a Valve mod here is that the thread needs to be locked, then they'll lock it.

All you're achieving right now is more and more ammunition that's going to get yourself banned and whether you care that happens or not is irrelevant.

I spot-checked...same day, and the following....the person was never banned. Have you ever even heard of a ban shorter than 24 hours? Because that’s what it would have to be for them, and that’s not a thing. (btw, I was banned for 3 days) And for the record, I didn’t say I don’t play games, I said I don’t play often. There’s a difference. I’m not “complaining,” I’m arguing a point to people who keep pretending they know better. Also, I open another support ticket, twice and it was closed quickly with no info. And your last line doesn’t make sense.....how is it “irrelevant” whether I care about bans lol?
