I find it disappointing when a game builds a set of skills and mechanics, then can't figure out how to expand on that, so they just remove some skills or mechanics. It's a cheap, lazy way to "add new content."

So you know the game, it's a challenge. Can't have easy street on every trial.

its almost like taking good mechanics and implementing them in various creative ways is just as and sometimes even more effective than simply throwing more and more mechanics ontop the already existing ones.

if they added entirely new gameplay mechanics with every update this game would be so cluttered and unbalanced and messy.

instead they added variation to already existing core mechanics, and then various ways these things can combo together to impact player choice and force improvised gameplay.

this makes the game more engaging and challenging. so I agree with you.

Imagine having a game company that cares lol... oh wait, their right here. Wild.

Started playing today with a single friend. Everything was smooth. This evening 3 of us tried to play and I kept getting dropped from the game. I tired restarting everything. First the game, then my computer, then my internet. The Epic connectivity was weird. My friend from the AM wasn't online when we went to look. We had trouble even getting all three of us in one lobby only for me to get dropped every time.

Full-screen - avoid the (buggy) Windowed mode.
1920 is fine. More important to check that the frame-rate holds strong.
If the CPU is handling it well then can proceed without issue.
Stutters may require a reduction in Shadows, Weather, and Particle counts.
V-Sync may help - depends on the build.
Deleting the Settings.txt files in Documents > My Games > Runic Games > Torchlight II > Save folders can also help.

burn is good without mb outis, not in that it does as good as other teams or anything without mb outis, but more in that they do the job well enough and can get you through most contents even without mb outis.
burn without mb outis is basically just damage/power condition fulfilling yes, so you might as well as call it charge but on the enemy, but it does fine enough for you to progress through contents
mb outis makes burn much better, yes, to the point where it can almost be the same level as other status, or even better than them if used in the right niche (for example. one of the easiest way to beat pre nerf lei heng was with darkflame to get through the 6 coin nuke phase asap), but even without mb outis, even if unable to compete with other teams, burn can still get you through the story contents good enough (you could say this shows more about how easy the stages are but like, whatever).
as for dawnclair/mb outis in md...I guess you are the correct one here? I have not played a ton of md, only doing the weeklies (hence my 197 hours since I started near the end of season 4). my thought was that when everyone is doing 1k+ dmg per s3, 7 darkflame dealing 99*7*2 = 1386 dmg per turn is not extremely strong, but Im probably simply in the wrong here as again, I have not played a bunch of md.

I own all the latest controllers, the only DJI controller that works out of the box for me is the RC3. It identifies as a HID controller or gamepad. I haven't had the motion controller 3 or the N3 controller work as a gamepad without a GitHub solution. I hope this helps people that aren't sure and wish to alleviate their frustrations. I've also complained to DJI that they need to release drivers to make the other controllers windows compatible.

I like all the DJI controllers for different reasons. I use the N3 when I'm not comfortable being blind to my surroundings and potential human threats. I like the motion controller for just casual flight and fun. I prefer the RC3 for "balls to the wall" accurate flight.
