Imo, the old menu and visuals were the heart and soul of SCP:SL. I miss so much Bump in the Night; that track made me feel each encounter with a scp was a threat and not just a nuisance.

The friend pass only allows you to play and help your friends. They can't unlock anything.

Unlock what? New classes? New weapons? Sort of "+10% item drop" unlocks like Hades?

I have found the solution.

Go to task manager
Go to the startup tab
Find the fcbd.bat file
Disable it
Problem fixed

Confirmed, what you also can do after disabling it is right click on it, open file location and delete it

Right, pulverize this script to oblivion!!!

What u describe is how i have felt the game has been aswell.
I did exactly this: "I made the mistake of doing a U23 team and scouts. Probably need to get rid of them until I make considerably more $."
Make the u23 as small as possible. U cant remove it. And wait with scouts until u have more budget. I always just go through every u23 team on the first of august and pick the best talents. Scouts arent really needed.
I dont remember when i started to get longer sponsordeals, but that for sure helps.
I now stay away from everything that has specific nations attached to it. I look at increase if doing well, prefer international squad. Dont really think about the demands. They are easy anyway. A tip is instead of taking winning a race take visibility 9. Gives you more cred from the sponsors.
The 720 k from the coaches doesnt count on the budget if u hire them after the first of august. But if u play with normal price money it gets terrible and u cant afford it. I cranked that up to double so i could hire 3 good coaches and do some training camps and euqipment.
And btw, the sponsors that have the clause automatic increase in funds gives u less than the one that gives u an increase based on reaching the goals.

My issue with the game now is that my riders withdraw from the Grand Tours. I have by far the best riders in the world, but i need the 5 best to win since the 3-4 best riders most times withdraw. And they dont get injured. They just withdraw and i can put them in another race the next day... Its stupid... I just finished Vuelta. Had 3 leaders of the race. All withdrew. Noone injured. I finished 4 in the end..... I got my goal anyway since i have visibility 9, but omg so annoying.

I have never had anything like that with the withdrawals. Crazy stuff!

That is game breaking. TBH I would think that would be all over the forum if it was happening to everyone, but i can't think of a reason why only you would have that bug, can you?

Question: When do you get notified that you will be getting a bonus? All I get is a contract offer, which is never competitive with the new offers.

I havent seen any mail with bonus tbh.
I just compare the money before and after 1 of january.
But that doesnt mean I dont get a mail about it;) Just means I dont notice:)

These comment threads around this cartel update show a complete lack of empathy. From one side, the people upset about the delay are justified. At the same time, it does give a glimpse into those individuals’ characters. Some are acting entitled. Nonetheless Those criticizing the complaints are also missing the train; it’s not about patience. It’s about giving a time frame and not delivering; not a massive deal, but still understandable if a person had a day planned to try it only to be disappointed.

Both things can be true: the developer did make a mistake and hearing people’s disappointment might influence him to correct it in the future. That’s a win. But to be entitled and whiny isn’t cool.

I understand what you mean, lets see how you feel after 20 people say the same thing in a row, each and every one of them being aware of the other 19 also spamming the same thing. Your empathy will be wearing thin.

I've been told several times that I have the patience of one, but even mine is wearing extremely thin. And I do understand having a big day planned and all that, as I'd love nothing more than to take a day off work and check out the update. However I also know what goes into game development as I dabbled in it way back in the day and it's honestly not as easy as most people think. The people complaining think it's the easiest job in the world, yet they don't bother giving it a shot and just complain. It's frustrating when you know what goes into something and see someone that has no clue ripping it apart because they're disappointed. I get it, but it's still frustrating.

I agree with some loadout or preset configuration for buildings, turrets being the most frequently used one.

However, you may have built quite a few more than necessary.

I mean, each mine is +2%. Each factory/lab is either 1 or 2%.

You need 20 mines and 20 factories/labs to make a full production chain. Plus power.

I havent actually counted, but it sounds about right, yeah. Im half-way through the build so far and I already HAVE to have 100+ turrets. And I only finished setting up microchips and all the other construction stuff.

Example - if you dont have nickel, you have to have 10+ mines refining grey ore just to get decent nickel flow from RNG. (custom turrets need 50+ nickel each, so you need thousands of nickel anyways). 10 mines plus power is already 35 turrets give or take. Thats for nickel alone.

So of course you end up setting up 5-10 combat turrets there, and the rest is just useless turret shells scattered around with nothing inside, cluttering map space. And its still painful.

If the artstyle is trash now, and the only difference is removal of stuff that copied HAD/FW, then the artstyle was always trash and it was leaning on the Horizon stuff.
Yea, Tencent, just disobey a court order and continuously pay Sony in damages and stacking legal fees.
You dont have to reuse a games assets to infringe upon a copyright. If your design is identical enough to not distinguish the two assets in an unbiased setting, then that's infringement.

I don't understand what is confusing here, Tencent game really looks superior compared to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sony game. People can easily find out the difference. Sony is just insecure.

since you know nothing, this game IS a horizon game, tencent went up to sony to ask them for a colaboration and sony said no, but they already were a long way so they just stamped a name and decided to release it

I played both horizon games and I thought this was actually a horizon game, because it looks exactly like horizon, and this game was actually going to be a horizon game, tencent asked sony for a colaboration and sony said no, sot hey just made up a name and decided to release it, sony is going to win the lawsuit

Thank you! I played for about 10 hours, so far the UI is my only complain.

P.S. Memory usage is always > 10 Gb, is it intended?
